The Terms of Service related to SMS communication must be included in the privacy policy or as a stand-alone document. Note: If the customer has a Terms and Conditions page, this information should be included there, not in the privacy policy. The document must include the following:

Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Prairie Pines Campground, messages may be received related to the following:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

 

5- Opt-In Method:

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Prairie Pines Campground can be done in the following ways:

3. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations require full or partial payment at the time of booking.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit their payment.

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

4. Campground Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we require adherence to the following rules:

  • Fires must be contained in designated fire pits.

  • Respect fellow campers and staff members.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • Injuries sustained while on campground premises.

  • Weather-related disruptions or acts of nature.

Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and campground stays.

 

6. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
